Rum Raisin Butter Cookies

This is a french recipe of butter cookies topped with raisins pre-soaked in rum.
These Rum Raisin Butter Cookies are delicious with a cup of coffee or tea. Or as a little snack on the go. Yummers!!!!





Ingredients

All purpose flour -- 100g -- 3/4 cup
Room temperature unsalted butter -- 60g -- 1/4 cup
Granulated sugar -- 60g -- 1/3 cup
Egg -- 1
Rum -- 10cl -- 7 tbsp.
Sultanas (Golden Raisins) -- 1 handfull

Oven Preheated at 180°C -- 360°F
Cooking Time: 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
