Pan Roasted Potatoes & Mushrooms







I made these potatoes to serve with a Whole Roast Chicken and it was delicious!
This is a great side dish to any kind of roasted meat. You can add the variety of mushrooms you prefer, doesn't really matter in my opinion. Also feel free to add herbs such as rosemary or thyme. You can even add Italian seasoning, if you want to.






Ingredients ( 2/3 servings)

potatoes --1 lb. -- 450g
3 small green onions
brown mushrooms -- 0.5 lb. -- 225g
1 pressed garlic (or minced)
olive oil -- 1 tbsp. for the green onions -- 2 tbsp. for the potatoes
salt & pepper
