Homemade Guacamole







I like to eat guacamole as a healthy snack. I use a potato masher so that I'll end up with little chunks of avocado in the final result. If you want a really creamy and smooth consistency, you may want to use a food processor. The avocados i've used in this video where not ripe enough to my taste, but it was still delicious.
I'm looking for a subtle spiciness in the guacamole, that's why I prefer adding hot sauce instead of chopped jalapeƱos. Just make it, the way you like it!



Ingredients

2 soft medium size avocados
1 finely diced tomato
1 minced green onion or half an onion
1 handful of chopped cilantro
1 tsp. of ground cumin
 Lemon or lime juice, hot sauce, Salt & Pepper to taste.
