Meatballs with tomato sauce

I really like this recipe because you can make it and reheat when needed.
Serve this with pasta, rice, quinoa, you name it!

In the video I showcase how I make a pasta dish with this recipe but you can serve these meatballs on bread. I usually choose french baguette. Add the meatballs and some of the sauce, sprinkle some cheese on top (mozzarella, cheddar, etc.). Put the sandwich under the oven grill for a few minutes for the cheese to melt. And voilĂ ! A delicious meatballs sandwich.

If you don't eat pork, just use all beef, but avoid using really lean meat or the meatballs might be dry. you need a little fat in the meat.
